This is a flat pack unpainted kit which will require wood glue and paint, or leave it raw it looks good :)  

Package includes small fairy type lights and plastic sheeting to use for windows. You could upgrade the lighting to a led strip or led light bar if you would prefer a  bigger brighter finish 😄
